Date With Nature - RSPB Sumburgh Head
Visit Sumburgh Head during the summer and you'll be privileged to witness the amazing spectacle of thousands of breeding seabirds, including puffins, guillemots, shags and fulmars. Sumburgh Head is a great place to watch for whales and dolphins, particularly minke whales and orcas.
Listen to seabird stories with the RSPB staff and view the birds using telescopes and a puffin nest camera.
And if you can't wait to see some puffins, view the puffincam (link takes you to the shetland.org webcam page - please select RSPB Puffin Camera).
