Quilter's Show and Tell
Spend an evening with Quilters from Shetland and around the world.
Quilters are invited to bring up to three pieces of their work to show and tell their audience all about them. The winners of the Shetland Hamefarin Quilting Challenge entitled “Shetland Way of Life” will be announced. See quilts from around the world as well as from the amazing quilters of Shetland.
The story of the Hamefarin Quilt with Ann Hill who will tell you all about the blocks and the stories behind them.
If you are a ‘hamefarer’ and can’t bring your quilts with you, why not send photographs by email and you can then talk about them on the night using a projection system.
